Right-of-Way Revolving Fund (Liquidation of Contract Authorization) (Trust Fund) For payment of obligations incurred in carrying out the provisions of title 23 United States Code, section 108 (c), as authorized by section 7(c) of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1968, to remain available until expended, $20,000,000, to be derived from the “Highway Trust Fund” at such times and in such amounts as may be necessary to meet current withdrawals. For “Right-of-way revolving fund (liquidation of contract authorization) (trust fund)” for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, to remain available until expended, $5,000,000, to be derived from the Highway Trust Fund at such times and in such amounts as may be necessary to meet current withdrawals.
