URBAN MASS TRANSPORTATION ADMINISTRATION Urban Mass Transportation Fund administrative expenses For necessary administrative expenses of the urban mass transportation program authorized by the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 (49 U.S.C. 1601 et seq., as amended by Public Law 91–-453 and Public Law 93–503) and the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1973 (Public Law 93–87) in connection with the activities, including uniforms and allowances therefor, as authorized by law (5 U.S.C. 5901–5902); hire of passenger motor vehicle; and services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109; $10,300,000. For “Administrative expenses” for the period July 1, 1976, to September 30, 1976; $2,900,000.
