united states contribution to the united nations university endowment fund Sec. 205. There is authorized to be appropriated, upon request of the President, to the President for fiscal year 1977, $10,000,000 to be used for a contribution of the United States to the United Nations 89 STAT. 763University Endowment Fund, such contribution to be made on such terms as the President finds will promote the purposes of the University as stated in University Charter approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations in December 1973; except that the contribution of the United States to the United Nations University Endowment Fund may not exceed 25 per centum of the total amount actually contributed to such fund by other members of the United Nations. Amounts appropriated under this section are authorized to remain available until expended.
