There is authorized to be appropriated to the Department of State for fiscal year 1976 the sum of $125,000, to remain available until expended, for the purpose of furnishing or refurnishing the diplomatic reception rooms of the Department of State, such sum representing the amount bequeathed by the late Ambassador Walter Thurston to the United States of America.
