study regarding impact of certain arms control measures upon military expenditures Sec. 142. Of the amount appropriated under the amendment made by section 141 of this Act, not to exceed $1,000,000 shall be used by the Director of the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency to conduct a study of the impact upon military expenditures of arms control measures mutually agreed to by the United States and the Soviet Union. The Director or the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency shall89 STAT. 758 submit to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate— (1) from time to time, reports with respect to such study, and (2) not later than December 31, 1976, a final report setting forth the findings and conclusions of such study.
