cost-sharing Sec. 307. Section 110(a) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is amended by inserting immediately before the period at the end thereof the following: “and except that the President may waive this cost-sharing requirement in the case of a project or activity in a country which the agency primarily responsible for administering part I of this Act determines is relatively least developed based on the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development list of ‘relatively least developed countries’ ”.
