Section 104 of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 is amended— (1) by inserting immediately after “the House Committee on Agriculture” each time it appears “and the House Committee on International Relations”; (2) by inserting immediately after “the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Forestry” each time it appears “and the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations”; and (3) by repealing subsection (c).
