strategic petroleum reserve office Sec. 153. There is established, in the Federal Energy Administration, a Strategic Petroleum Reserve Office. The Administrator, acting through such Office and in accordance with this part, shall exercise authority over the establishment, management, and maintenance of the Reserve.
