technical amendment relating to part b premium determinations Sec. 104. (a) Section 1839(c)(3) of the Social Security Act is amended by striking out “June 1” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “May 1”. (b) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to determinations made under section 1839(c)(3) of the Social Security Act after the date of the enactment of this Act.
