Sec. 313. The Federal Nonnuclear Energy Research and Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5901) is amended by adding at the end thereof (after the new section added by section 312 of this Act) the following new section: “energy information “Sec. 18. The Administrator is, upon request, authorized to obtain energy information under section 11(d) of the Energy Supply and Environmental Coordination Act of 1974, as amended (15 U.S.C. 796(d)).”.
