Rescissions.—

Sec. 104. Rescissions.— (a) Public Law 92–314, as amended, is further amended by rescinding therefrom authorization for a project, except for funds heretofore obligated, as follows: Project 73–5–d, modifications to TREAT facility, National Reactor Testing Station, Idaho, $1,500,000. (b) Public Law 93–60, as amended, is further amended by rescinding therefrom authorization for a project, except for funds heretofore obligated, as follows: Project 74–3–e, modifications to TREAT facility, National Reactor Testing Station, Idaho, $2,500,000. (c) Public Law 93–276, as amended, is further amended by rescinding therefrom authorization for projects, except for funds heretofore obligated, as follows: Project 75–13–a, hydrothermal pilot plant, $1,000,000. Project 75–5—e, high temperature gas reactor fuel reprocessing facility, National Reactor Testing Station, Idaho, $10,100,000. Project 75–5–f, high temperature gas reactor fuel refabrication pilot plant, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Tennessee, $3,000,000.
