Sec. 410. The Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare are each authorized to make available not to exceed $7,500 in the current fiscal year and $1,875 in the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, from funds available for salaries and expenses under titles I and II, respectively, for official reception and representation expenses; the Director of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service is authorized to make available for official reception and representation expenses not to exceed $2,500 in the currant fiscal year and $625 in the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, from funds available for “Salaries and expenses, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service”.
