Sec. 750. No funds appropriated in this Act shall be available to pay claims for non-emergency inpatient hospital care provided on or after January 1, 1976, under the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services for services available at a facility of the uniformed services within a 40-mile radius of the patients residence.
