Section 408(b) of the Agricultural Act of 1949 is amended by striking out the period at the end of the first sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the fol lowing: “: Provided further, That for the 1976 and 1977 crops of rice, a cooperator shall be a person who produces rice on a farm for which a farm acreage allotment has teen established or to which a producer acreage allotment has been allocated and, if a set-aside is in effect, who has set aside any acreage required under section 101(g). ”.
