Sec. 305. The Secretary is authorized to enter into amendatory repayment contracts with the Stanfield and West land Irrigation Districts, or other water users, if appropriate, to secure the return of reimbursable irrigation construction and operation and maintenance costs arising from the mollification and reallocation of McKay Dam and Reservoir.
