Sec. 107. For the purposes of the Developmental Disabilities Services and Facilities Construction Act (42 U.S.C. 6001 et seq.) (1) the term “fiscal year” includes the period of July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, (2) for purposes of paragraphs (3) and (4) of section 132(a) of that Act (42 U.S.C. 6062(a)(3) and (4)) that period shall be considered part of the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1975; and (3) the minimum allotment of the Virgin Islands. American Samoa, Guam, and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands for that period under section 132(a)(1) of that Act (42 U.S.C. 6062(a)(1)) shall be $12,500 and the minimum allotment of each State for that period shall lie $37,500.
