Sec. 110. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 406(d) of the General Education Provisions Act (20 U.S.C. 1221 e–1 (d)), the report of the Assistant Secretary for the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare required by section 406(d) to be submitted in 1976 shall include a description of the activities of the National Center for Education Statistics during the period of July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976.
