SEC. 231. COMMISSION ON MINORITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. (a) Termination.—Section 505(f) of the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 (15 U.S.C. 636 note; 102 Stat. 3887) is amended by inserting before the period at the end “or September 30, 1992, whichever is later”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply as if it were included in the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 (15 U.S.C. 636 note).
