Sec. 115. For the purposes of sections 409(b) and 409(c)(1) of the Drug Abuse Office and Treatment Act of 1972 (21 U.S.C. 1176 (b) and (c)(1)), the period of July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, shall he considered a fiscal year and the exercise, of authority pursuant to these provisions for that period shall be subject to the conditions stated in the following paragraphs: (1) notwithstanding the provision in section 409(b)(3)), the limitation of $50,000 specified in section 409(b)(3) shall be decreased to $12,500 for that period; and 90 STAT. 389 (2) notwithstanding the provision in section 409(c)(1), the amount of $100.01)0 specified in section 409(c)(1) shall be decreased to $25,000 for that period.
