Sec. 124. For the purposes of the Older American Community Service Employment Act (42 U.S.C. 3056 et seq.) the period of July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, shall lie considered a fiscal year, and the amounts of $100,000 and $50,000 specified in section 906(a)(2) shall be reduced to $25,000 and $12,500, respectively, for that period.
