Sec. 110. Section 419B is amended— (1) by striking out “and” after “1974,” and by inserting before the period at the end of the first sentence a comma and the following: “$339,000,000 for fiscal year 1976, and $373,000,000 for fiscal year 1977”; and (2) by striking out “diseases of the blood” and inserting in lieu thereof “blood diseases and blood resources”.
