Sec. 1102. (a) The second paragraph (4) of subsection (c) of section 472 of the Public Health Service Act is redesignated as paragraph (5). (b) Section 507 of the Public Health Service Act is amended by striking out “hospitals of the Service, of the Veterans’ Administration, or of the Bureau of Prisons of the Department of Justice, and to Saint Elizabeths Hospital, except that grants to such” and insert in lieu thereof “Federal institutions, except that grants to”.
