Sec. 1107. (a) Section 132(a)(1)(A) of the Developmental Disabilities Services and Facilities Construction Act (42 U.S.C. 6062) (hereinafter in this section referred to as the “Act”) is amended by striking out “134” and inserting in lieu thereof “133”. (b) Section 134(b)(1) of the Act is amended by striking out “134” and inserting in lieu thereof “133”. (c) Section 134(b)(1) of the Act is amended by striking out “136” and inserting in lieu thereof “135”. (d) Section 301(a) of the Developmentally Disabled Assistance and Bill of Rights Act is amended by striking out “101(7)” and inserting in lieu thereof “102(7)”.
