The first sentence of paragraph (5) of subsection (g) of section 129 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “Hawaii” the following: “and the islands which comprise the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”. The second sentence of such paragraph (5) is amended by inserting after “Hawaii” the following: “and operations between the islands which comprise the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”.
