PAYMENT TO CONDITIONAL GUT FUND, GENERAL For payment to the Conditional Gift Fund, General, as authorized by Public Law 94–141, for the purpose of furnishing or refurnishing the diplomatic reception rooms of the Department of State, not to exceed $125,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That payment shall be made upon the deposit of an equivalent amount in the general fund of the Treasury pursuant to the bequest made by the late Ambassador Waiter Thurston to the United States.
