Office of the Secretary salaries and expenses Of the amount provided under this head in the “Treasury, Postal Service, and General Government Appropriation Act, 1976”, $712,000 shall be available for expenses of travel, notwithstanding the provisions of section 501 of the Act. Of the amount provided under this head for the period from July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, in the “Treasury, Postal Service, and General Government Appropriation Act, 1976”, $193,000 shall be available for expenses of travel, notwithstanding the provisions of section 501 of the Act.
