National Highway Traffic Safety Administration traffic and highway safety For an additional amount for “Traffic and highway safety,” $950,000. For “Traffic and highway safety” for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $16,950,000 of which $6,300,000 shall be derived from the Highway Trust Fund: Provided, That not to exceed $6,700,000 shall remain available until expended, of which $1,870,000 shall be derived from the Highway Trust Fund, for contractual requirements of Research and Analysis activities.
