change in title Sec. 201. (a) The first section of the Foreign Military Sales Act is amended by striking out “ ‘The Foreign Military Sales Act” and inserting in lieu thereof “the ‘Arms Export Control Act”. (b) Any reference to the Foreign Military Sales Act shall be deemed to be a reference to the Arms Export Control Act.
