SEC. 114. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF PLAN. Section 105 of the Act (29 U.S.C. 1515) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1)(B)(ii), by inserting “community-based organizations and” after “appropriate”; and (2) in subsection (b)(1)(E), by striking “section 121(b)”, and inserting “sections 121(b), 205, and 265”.
