Section 620(k) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is amended by inserting immediately before the period at the end of the first sentence “, except that this sentence does not apply with respect to assistance for construction of any productive enterprise in Egypt which is described in the presentation materials to Congress for fiscal year 1977”.
