Foreign Military Credit Sales For expenses not otherwise provided for, necessary to enable the President to carry out the provisions of the Foreign Military Sales Act, $1,065,000,600; Provided, That of the amount provided for the total aggregate credit sale ceiling during the current fiscal year, not less than $1,500,000,000 shall be allocated to Israel. For “Foreign Military Credit, Sales” for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $140,000,000: Provided, That of the amount provided for the total aggregate credit sale ceiling during the period July 1, 1976 through September 30, 1976, not less than $200,000,000 shall lie allocated to Israel.
