Section 804 of the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 is amended— (1) by striking out “and” at the end of paragraph (12); (2) by striking out the period at the end of paragraph (13) and inserting in lieu thereof “; and”; and (3) by adding immediately after paragraph (13) the following new paragraph: “(14) purchase uniforms, when funds are appropriated therefor.”.
