SEC. 612. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title $25,000,000 for fiscal year 1988 and $100,000,000 for fiscal year 1989. Any amount appropriated under this section shall be deposited in the Nehemiah Housing Opportunity Fund, and shall remain available until expended.
