foreign currency reports Sec. 402. Section 502(b) of the Mutual Security Act of 1954 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new sentence: “Each such consolidated report, shall be published in the Congressional Record within ten legislative days after it is forwarded pursuant to this subsection.”.
