russian refugee assistance Sec. 105. In addition to amounts otherwise available, there are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of State for fiscal year 1977 not to exceed $20,000,000 to carry out the provisions of section 101(b) of the Foreign Relations Authorizations Act of 1972 (relating to Russian refugee assistance) and to furnish similar assistance to refugees from Communist countries in Eastern Europe. None of the funds appropriated under this section may be used to resettle refugees in any country other than Israel. Amounts appropriated under this section are authorized, to remain available until expended.
