international joint commission Sec. 115. After the date of enactment of this Act, any commissioner of the International Joint Commission appointed on the part of the United States, pursuant to article VII of the treaty between the United States and Great Britain relating to boundary waters between the United States and Canada, signed at Washington on January 11, 1909 (36 Stat. 2448; TS 548; III Redmond 2607), shall be appointed by the President by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.
