(a) Section 2 of the Act of June 11, 1959 (Public Law 86–42; 73 Stat. 72), is amended by striking out “$30,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$50,000”, and by striking out “$15,000” each time it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “25,000”. (b) Section 2 of the Act of April 9, 1960 (Public Law 86–420; 74 Stat. 40), is amended by striking out “$30,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$50,000”, and by striking out “$15,000” each time it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “$25,000”.
