declaration of policy Sec. 2. Section 2 of the Airport and Airway Development Act of 1970 (49 U.S.C. 1701) is amended by striking out “June 30, 1980,” the first place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “September 30, 1980,” and by striking out everything after “$250,000,000.”.
