RESCISSION OF FUNDS Persian Gulf Regional Defense Fund (rescission) Of the funds made available under this heading in the Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1991 (Public Law 102–28; 105 Stat. 161), $14,696,040,000 is hereby rescinded: Provided, That the Persian Gulf Regional Defense Fund is hereby terminated.
