(transfer of funds) Sec. 201. Section 103 of the Dire Emergency Supplemental Appropriations and Transfers for Relief From the Effects of Natural Disasters, for Other Urgent Needs, and for Incremental Costs of “Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm” Act of 1992 (Public Law 102–229; 105 Stat. 1707) is amended by striking out “fiscal years 1991 and 1992” and inserting “fiscal years 1992 and 1993” in lieu thereof and by striking out “through February 1992”.
