Sec. 204. Of the funds appropriated under the heading “Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Army” in title IV of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 1992 (Public 106 STAT. 1125Law 102–172), not less than $5,000,000 shall be made available only for the National Defense Environmental Corporation, or its successor in interest, for the continued establishment and operation of the National Defense Center for Environmental Excellence.
