Such reports shall include detailed information on the amounts paid to State and units of local government under the provisions of this title, any actions with which the Secretary has taken under the provisions of section 212, and an evaluation of the purposes to which amounts paid under this title were put by State and units of local government and economic impact of such expenditures during the previous calendar year.
