Sec. 101. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1402 of the Victims of Crime Act of 1984, as amended (42 U.S.C. 10601), amounts deposited into the Crime Victims Fund during fiscal year 1992, in excess of $152,200,000 shall be available to the Attorney General without fiscal year limitation for expenses associated with the activation and operation of Federal prisons.
