authorizations of appropriations Sec. 207. (a) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title (other than section 205) for the period beginning July 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, not to exceed $13,056,000, of which not more than $1,000,000 may be assigned for purposes of section 204 (2) and (3). (b) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 205 for such period not to exceed $2,000,000.
