National Board for the Promotion of Rifle Practice, Army For the necessary expenses, in accordance with law, for construction, equipment, and maintenance of rifle ranges; the instruction of citizens in marksmanship; the promotion of rifle practice; and the travel of rifle teams, military personnel, and individuals attending regional, national, and international competitions; $291,000, of which amount not to exceed $7,500 shall be available for incidental expenses of the National Board; and from other funds provided in this Act, not to exceed $329,000 worth of ammunition may be issued under authority of title 10, United States Code, section 4311.
