Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service salaries and expenses For expenses necessary for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service to carry out the functions vested in it by the Labor-Management Relations Act, 1947 (29 U.S.C. 171–180,182), including expenses of the Labor-Management Panel and boards of inquiry appointed by 90 STAT. 1435the President; hire of passenger motor vehicles: and rental of conference rooms in the District of Columbia; and for expenses necessary pursuant to Public Law 93–360 for mandatory mediation in health care industry negotiation disputes, and for convening factfinding boards of inquiry appointed by the Director in the health care industry, $20,328,000.
