Sec. 108. The second paragraph under the heading “Administrative Provisions” in the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1659 (72 Stat. 442; 2 U.S.C. 65b), is amended by striking out “$2,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$4,000 during any fiscal year”.
