Sec. 805. Appropriations in this Act available to the Library of Congress shall be available, in an amount not to exceed $92,000, when specifically authorized by the Librarian, for expenses of attendance 90 STAT. 1458at meetings concerned with the function or activity for which the appropriation is made.
