TRADE ACT OF 1974 AMENDMENTS.

SEC. 1802. TRADE ACT OF 1974 AMENDMENTS. Section 502(b) of the Trade Act of 1974 (Public Law 93–618: 88 Stat. 1978) is amended— (1) by striking out “and” at the end of paragraph (5), 90 STAT. 1764 (2) by striking out the period at the end of paragraph (6) and inserting in lieu thereof “: and”, (3) by inserting immediately after paragraph (6) the following new paragraph: “(7) if such country aids or abets, by granting sanctuary from prosecution to, any individual or group which has committed an act of international terrorism.”; and (4) by striking out “and (6)” in the unnumbered paragraph at the end of such section and inserting in lieu thereof “(6), and (7)”.
