SEC. 1041. PORTFOLIO DEBT INVESTMENTS IN UNITED STATES OF NONRESIDENT ALIENS AND FOREIGN CORPORATIONS. The last sentence of section 861 (c) (relating to interest on deposits, etc.) is hereby repealed.
